Newsletter

First Generation Initiatives, presented by Undergraduate Education, is proud to bring you a first-generation focused newsletter at UC Riverside! Our vision is to provide a space for the UCR first gen community to share their perspectives on all-thing first gen. Every quarter, this newsletter will highlight the voices of a first gen student, first gen staff, and first gen faculty. It will also feature a guest blog and best practices column, as well as related resources and opportunities.

If you are a staff or faculty member and wish to contribute to the newsletter, please contact firstgen@ucr.edu.

We encourage you to continue your engagement with First Generation Initiatives at firstgen.ucr.edu and @firstgenucr on all social media, and if inclined, use the #FirstGenUCR hashtag on your first gen media posts.

As always, Believe in Firsts!

Dr. Thomas M. Dickson & Dr. Cynthia L. Alvarez
